I believe that your personality should be infused in the invitations that herald your most special day: a day that is all about you.
If you've been scrolling through Pinterest and thinking that everything is starting to look the same, then a custom design may be for you.
If you value little details, sentimental pieces and a strong visual aesthetic, then trust A Tactile Perception to take your story and translate it into a suite of stationery designed with intention.
You'll receive a special custom suite that features memorable and personalised details, blending seamlessly with the rest of your wedding styling.
Any special finish is available for you to choose, such as
~ Letterpress or debossing
~ Hot foiling in a range of colours
~ Edge foiling
~ Wax seals
~ Embellishments such as ribbons and tassels
~ Creative folds and shapes
~ Hand-drawn illustrations and custom maps
My process is designed to feel collaborative, calm, and supportive, guiding you from early ideas through to a beautifully finished invitation suite you’ll treasure.
We'll begin with a call to discuss your vision, and you'll see multiple digital mockups as we go along, so you can envision exactly what the beautiful end result will be.
Your investment depends on the quantity of invitations

Creating a completely new design involves multiple phases. You would also make yourselves available after each revision to provide feedback so that the design is just right. You have up to 10 revisions in the custom design process. Usually, to complete the whole process of design, assembly and shipping, it can take approximately 3-4 months.
Yes absolutely. Once the custom design of the invitations is complete, we schedule a second project closer to the date of the wedding to create your other stationery. Since the custom design of the invitations is already complete, we take elements of that design and create a suite of other matching items. This is to ensure that all the stationery and styling is cohesive.
Yes there is a minimum spend for custom work, due to the time and creativity that goes into the design. If we are only printing a small run of invitations, I can create a custom quote for you that includes a custom design fee, and your desired quantity of invitations.
In the custom design process, creating one design takes a substantial amount of time and assembly. This is why no final physical sample can be created prior to the design being finalised. But don't worry, you will get multiple digital mockup displays for you to provide feedback on. There may also be an opportunity to see certain paper colours in person if required. If you'd like to see physical samples of my work, you can order a sample pack here.
