These invitations are some of the most unique wedding invitations in Australia. Ok, they’re three of my invitations, but I’m biased right?! I want to show you what’s possible, and tell you exactly why you want your stationery to stand out from the crowd.
Your wedding invitations give your guests the first experience of your wedding. They’re the only element they’ll get to hold in their hands, so make them memorable! When I was planning my wedding, watercolour flowers were all the rage, and they were everywhere. Invitations start all looking the same after a while, don’t they? That’s the last thing you want for an event that is truly unlike any wedding that has gone before it. I decided to create something that no one had ever seen before, and it was so rewarding.
Put yourself in your guests’ shoes – you see a coloured envelope in the mailbox with your name printed in beautiful writing on the front. You open the envelope to see the first glimpse of what is about to reveal itself. You take the luxurious card out and feel the texture. A design appears that has been carefully considered by the couple and their designer. It really “feels like them,” and the excitement for the big day starts to build.
Why choose cookie-cutter invitations when you can make something that is truly you? Let me show you three of my most unique invitations, and inspire you to bring your dream invitations to life.
Starting at number three…
The Harmony Collection unites your cards like you’ve never seen before. You know you need to put all those extra event details on a separate card, and this is a very unique way to do that. Your details card sits inside the invitation, with the top and bottom peeking out. This design is perfect if you want to add a little love quote, or have that element of mystery. So interesting, right?
The most unique wedding invitations – number two
Number two is the Signature Tezukuri Collection. It might have an unusual name, but this origami collection will absolutely stun your guests when all the information is revealed. “Tezukuri” means handmade in Japanese, and as you can see is inspired by Japanese paper folding and my love of all things Japanese. I have personally created each of the three folds, so they are entirely exclusive to A Tactile Perception. The folds are also named after some of my favourite Japanese words, adding another little layer of interest. You can check out these intriguing invitations here.
And the number one most unique wedding invitation!
This one is really special, and my most popular offering – The Artisan Collection. These little works of art are individually hand-painted, making each card one-of-a-kind. The painting has a special ingredient, giving each swish a 3D appearance. I have to tell you, these textural elements are truly touchable – wedding expo visitors come up and touch the paint every time, and your guests won’t be able to resist doing it either. Imagine these luxury pieces heralding your biggest day!
There you have my most unique wedding invitations, stationery you won’t find anywhere else in Australia. This is the biggest event of your life, and your invitations should match that same level of status and significance. Take care to choose something that you both really resonate with, and you’ll receive an elegant keepsake that you will treasure for years to come. Get in touch to make these designs yours!
